WHAT TO EXPECT
A consultation with Isabel is an opportunity for direct, two-way telepathic communication with your animal companion. You can receive answers to your questions and better understand their point of view—how they think, feel, and what they may or may not understand. This often leads to greater harmony, relief for all involved, and a stronger partnership.
Telepathic communication connects with the animal’s essence—their thoughts, feelings, perceptions, and awareness. It is similar to a sincere, heart-to-heart conversation. While Isabel typically perceives certain things upon first connection, most information comes through asking specific questions and listening carefully. Her focus remains on your animal and your shared situation.
The session moves from what is known from your perspective to what may not yet be fully understood—the animal’s experience. This often brings new clarity to behaviours, emotions, or situations, and helps guide how to move forward. Sessions may also support emotional or energetic balance, alongside appropriate veterinary care.
All consultations are confidential.
HOW TO PREPARE
At the beginning of the session, Isabel will ask for a few basic details (name, age, breed) to provide context. It is helpful to come prepared with specific questions (written preferably), as animals communicate more clearly when their attention is focused. You may ask about behaviour, emotions, physical well-being, environment, or life changes—past or present

Yes. We are all beings made of energy. Energy doesn't abide by the rules of time and space.
Readings are done over the phone (Canada only), or via Zoom.
Write down questions you may have or the topic you would like to discuss with Isabel.
For a 30-minute session, there is usually enough time to discuss one major question.
If the topic is complex, consider booking a 60-minute session as it usually takes more time to address the different aspects of the question.
Make sure you are in a quiet environment during your call, and in an open state of mind.
First, select the reading of your choice. Use the Paypal button to pay for your session.
After your payment, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page.
Fill out the form, and press the "submit" button. You'll receive a confirmation that the form has been successfully submitted.
If you run into any problems, simply send us an email at info@isabeltremblay.com.
Once we've received the form, we'll communicate with you within 48 hours to schedule your session.
Under the "Animal Communication" and "Intuitive Consulting" tabs, there is a list of services with a description. Each service is fully customizable, and can be adapted to your specific needs.
Once you have made your choice, simply click the Paypal button, and you will be directed to their website where you can select your method of payment and finish the transaction.
Please note that all services must be paid before scheduling the session.
To reschedule your appointment, send your request to info@isabeltremblay.com at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Change requested less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and may be considered as a missed appointment. A session cannot be rescheduled more than 3 times.
To cancel your session, send your request to info@isabeltremblay.com a minimum of 48 hours prior to your session. You will then be refunded the cost of the session minus 25%.
If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your session, no refund will be granted.
There is no refunds for missed appointments. No exceptions.
Missed appointments cannot be resheduled. No exceptions.
Changes to this website can be made at all time.

Clients must be 21 years old or older to book and/or receive a session.
Information shared during a reading is not a replacement for professional advice or services of any kind.
All information shared during a session is subject to the clients' interpretation.
Whatever actions the client takes following a session is the sole responsibility of the client.

As an Animal Communicator certified under Penelope Smith, I adhere to her CODE OF ETHICS for Interspecies Telepathic Communications
Our motivation is compassion for all beings and a desire to help all species understand each other better, particularly to help restore the lost human ability to freely and directly communicate with other species.
We honor those that come to us for help, not judging, condemning, or invalidating them for their mistakes or misunderstanding but honoring their desire for change and harmony.
We know that to keep this work as pure and harmonious as possible requires that we continually grow spiritually. We realize that telepathic communication can be clouded or overlaid by our own unfulfilled emotions, critical judgments, or lack of love for self and others. We walk in humility, willing to recognize and clear up our own errors in understanding others’ communication (human and non-human alike).
We cultivate knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of human, non-human, and interspecies behaviour and relationships, to increase the good results of our work. We get whatever education and/or personal help we need to do our work effectively, with compassion, respect, joy, and harmony.
We seek to draw out the best in everyone and increase understanding toward mutual resolution of problems. We go only where we are asked to help, so that others are receptive and we truly can help. We respect the feelings and ideas of others and work for interspecies understanding, not pitting one side against another but walking with compassion for all. We acknowledge the things that we cannot change and continue where our work can be most effective.
We respect the privacy of people and animal companions we work with, and honor their desire for confidentiality.
While doing our best to help, we allow others their own dignity and help them to help their animal companions. We cultivate understanding and ability in others, rather than dependence on our ability. We offer people ways to be involved in understanding and growth with their fellow beings of other species.
We acknowledge our limitations, seeking help from other professionals as needed. It is not our job to name and treat diseases, and we refer people to veterinarians for diagnosis of physical illness. We may relay animals’ ideas, feelings, pains, symptoms, as they describe them or as we feel or perceive them, and this may be helpful to veterinary health professionals. We may also assist through handling of stresses, counselling, and other gentle healing methods. We let clients decide for themselves how to work with healing their animal companions’ distress, disease, or injury, given all the information available.
